Brand infringement comes in all shapes and sizes and a trademark investigation can uncover all sorts, but even an opening of a late night talk show? A show in China blatantly rips off Conan’s opening titles – check it out on CNN here.
AFI International has expertise in conducting investigations on behalf of companies, lawyers and trademark agents regarding trademark violations and infringements of various kinds, but admittedly we have never been contracted by a late night show host, a market we maybe overlooked!
I received an excellent email this morning – I had won an iPad from HRmarketer after sending a tweet about their SocialEars service that we have been utilizing for IMAC and AFI and was entered into a draw.
